Tagbusters/Hamilton City Council

This Exceloo is near an old style velodrome in Hillcrest, Hamilton (aka the Ghetto-drome). The velodrome facing side pays tribute to Rowan Humffreys who started the annual Hipster100 event. He was tragically killed in 2011 but the race is still held here in November each year and organised by his family.
